Nov 14, 2010 · You will be happy to know that this week I did the 30 Day Shred 4 times. 4 TIMES!!! And it was just as hard and awful on the fourth time as it was on the first. I think that the third level is the easiest. The other two make me want to give up on life. I also walked 4 times, for 20+ minutes each time.
